With customer input, Bayer Systems develops turnkey, pallet switching systems that increases spindle time by drastically reducing setup time either for specific jobs, short/long production runs or for general production machining.

We offer a quality line of pallet-based automation accessories, including the unique Pallet Rotary Table (PRT) for use on any new or existing vertical machining center (VMC).

Our manual pallet switching systems are based on a palletized receiver (either Rotary or Flat) using a combination of customized pallets, tombstones, subplates & fixtures to create flexible, cost-effective solutions for any metalworking application.
