Bayer Systems designs and manufactures innovative machine tool accessories and workholding components, which significantly improves vertical machining productivity and profitability.

With customer input, Bayer Systems develops turnkey, pallet switching systems that increases spindle time by drastically reducing setup time either for specific jobs, short/long production runs or for general production machining.

We offer a quality line of pallet-based automation accessories, including the unique Pallet Rotary Table (PRT) for use on any new or existing vertical machining center (VMC).

Our pallet switching systems are based on a palletized receiver (either Rotary or Flat) using a combination of customized pallets, tombstones, subplates & fixtures to create flexible, cost-effective solutions for any metalworking application. Alloy aluminum is used to reduce weight which in turn reduces the machine deflection and thermal expansion.
